Welcome to GOPES Class! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, courses, services, and any related content. By accessing or using GOPES Class, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. User Accounts


  • To access courses and instructor services, you must create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Course Enrollment & Access


  • When you enroll in a course, you get a lifetime or limited-time access license, depending on the course terms.

  • GOPES Class grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to view the content for personal or professional learning.

  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Instructor Terms


  • Instructors can upload courses in various formats (PDF, text, video, slides, audio, etc.).

  • Instructors earn 80% of the course fee for each student enrollment.

  • By submitting content, you grant GOPES Class a royalty-free license to distribute and promote your course.

5. Payments & Refunds


  • Payments for courses can be made via credit/debit card, mobile money, or other available payment methods.

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, only if:

    • The course was not accessed.

    • The course does not match the description.



6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:


  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Share course content without permission.

  • Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, graphics, and branding, is owned by GOPES Class or its instructors. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

GOPES Class is not liable for:


  • Any technical issues or interruptions in service.

  • The accuracy or completeness of course content.

  • Any damages arising from course usage.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Modifications to Terms
